A great experience starts with the right research. Whether it is user and stakeholder interviews, card sorts, contextual inquiries, usability testing, or prototyping - I can identify the most effective research methods to use to gain insight into how customers will think, act, and react when using a site or app. This in turn, will give confidence that the site will function as a cohesive whole.
Design is more than just visual aesthetic design - it is the art and science of structuring, organizing, and laying out information to support user and business goals while taking into account usability, findability, and the best interaction for the environment and context. I can design interfaces that effectively communicate and convey information to audiences.
A user's experience comprises all their interactions with an organization in any form across any medium. UX strategy is therefore about the big picture. I can facilitate the discussions and planning necessary to deliver compelling, engaging, and successful experiences that provide value to customers, utilizing all the strengths of the organization.
